Sarah Bamford Seidelmann was born in Duluth, Minnesota, USA. According to her LinkedIn, she went to Duluth Cathedral for her high school education. Later, in 1989, she went to Kenyon College majoring in Chemistry.  

The lady earned her medical degree from the University of Minnesota. Seidelmann worked as a physician at Essentia Health from 1999-2013. She studied Core shamanism at Foundation for shamanic Studies in 2015.
